Park / Retrieve a Call

Parking a call from your One Talk T64LTE 4G LTE desk phone allows you to place the call on hold so it can be picked up at another phone or by another person.

Before you begin

Line 2 is used when parking a call.
Calls can only be parked to One Talk phone numbers or extensions in your group.
Programmed speed dial entries on the desk phone can't be used to enter an extension or phone number when attempting to park a call.
Notification is cancelled if the user makes an outbound call, receives an incoming call or 45 seconds passes and the call rings back to where it was parked from originally.

Steps

  1. While on an active call, tap
    Park
    .
    The phone dials the pre-configured call park code.
  2. Enter the appropriate 10-digit number or extension followed by #.
    Press
    #
     to park against your own extension.
  3. To retrieve a parked call:
    1. Pick up any phone within the group.
    2. Select
      Retrieve Park
       on the dialing screen.
      The phone dials the pre-configured park retrieve code.
    3. Follow the voice prompt to retrieve the call:
      • Press the
        # key
         on the phone where the call is parked.
      • Enter the extension where the call is parked, followed by #.
