Before you begin

Disabling an app may cause related apps to malfunction.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    Filter and sort icon
     then tap
    All
     to display all apps.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Disable Apps
      1. Tap the preferred app.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         then tap
        Disable app
         to confirm.
      3. For apps that can't be disabled, tap
        Force stop
         then tap
        OK

    • Enable Apps
      1. Tap the preferred app.
      2. Tap
        Enable
