Turn Screen Rotation On / Off

Screen rotation allows your Galaxy S24 / S24+ / S24 Ultra to switch orientations automatically. By default, the screen rotates when you turn the device but this setting can be turned off.

Steps

  1. From the upper-right corner (e.g. signal strength, battery life), swipe down on the
    Status Bar

  2. Swipe down from the top section of the display to expand the quick settings menu.
  3. Tap
    Auto rotate
     or
    Portrait
    .
