You may need to check the eSIM (embedded SIM) number associated with your Galaxy S24 / S24+ / S24 Ultra if you're activating a new device, verifying account details or troubleshooting.

Before you begin

The Galaxy S24 / S24+ / S24 Ultra ships without a physical SIM card and is recommended to be activated with an eSIM (embedded SIM card).
The SIM card number can't be viewed until the eSIM profile has been activated and downloaded to the device.
If using a physical SIM card, you can also remove the SIM card to view its 20-digit number.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    About phone
    Status information
    SIM card status
    .
  3. View the ICCID (SIM card number).
    If using dual SIMs, select the appropriate tab (e.g., SIM 1, eSIM 1, etc.) at the top.
