With this feature, your moto g power 5G switches between cellular data and Wi-Fi when signal is low. If drops happen, turning it off gives you more control over your Wi-Fi.

Before you begin

Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the block list are automatically ignored. The call is forwarded to Voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.
If calls from a specific number go directly to Voicemail but you're still able to receive text messages, ensure the contact isn't set to automatically route to Voicemail by tapping

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Settings
     then tap
    Blocked numbers
    .
  4. Do any of the following:
    • To add a block:
      1. Tap
        Add a number
        .
      2. Enter the 10-digit number.
      3. Tap
        Block
        .
    • To remove a block:
      1. Tap the
        Remove icon
         to the right of the applicable contact.
      2. To confirm, tap
        Unblock
         to confirm.
  5. To block calls from unidentified callers, tap
    Unknown
     to turn on or off.
