Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap
    See all apps
    .
  4. If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown arrow icon
     then select
    All apps
    .
  5. Tap the applicable app.
  6. Tap
    Storage & cache
    .
  7. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
