Switching to a new device, traveling or troubleshooting a connectivity issue? Learn how to quickly and easily insert or remove the SIM card for your moto g power 5G.

Before you begin

Don't insert or remove the SIM card while your moto g power 5G is powered on.

Steps

  1. Using the provided tool, pop out the SIM card tray then do one of the following:
    • To insert SIM card: Insert the SIM card with the gold contacts down, then gently push the tray into the slot.

    • To remove SIM card: Once the tray is removed, lift the SIM card from the tray.
      insert SIM card
  2. Push the tray back into the device.
