Manage Wireless Emergency AlertsEmergency alerts keep you updated on situations like severe weather, public safety threats, AMBER alerts, etc. Set your moto g power 5G to receive only the alerts you want.
Before you begin
National warning alerts can't be turned off.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- TapSafety & emergency.
- TapWireless emergency alerts.
- To control alerts, tap theAllow alerts switchto turn on or off.
- Select any of the following to turn on or off:
- Extreme threats
- Severe threats
- AMBER alerts
- Public safety messages
- State and local tests
- Vibration
- Spanish
- TapAlert reminderthen select an option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
