Setting up speed dial entries on your Google Pixel 8a allows you to call important phone numbers quickly and easily.

Add a Speed Dial

  1. Touch and hold an empty area of a Home screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Widgets
    Browse
    Contacts
    .
  3. Tap
    Direct dial
    .
  4. Tap
    Add
     then tap a contact.

Remove a Speed Dial

  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold the
    Direct Dial icon
     for the applicable contact.
  2. Tap
    Remove
    .
