Link / Unlink ContactsYour TCL 50 XE 5G lets you organize your contacts based on your preference by merging the details of multiple entries or separating them.
Before you begin
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (e.g., Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook®, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, it can be separated back into individual contacts.
Steps
- Open theContacts app.
- Tap a contact.
- Tap the3-dot Menu iconthen do one of the following:
- To link a contact:
- TapLink.
- Tap the contact to link.
- To unlink a contact:
- TapView linked contacts.
- TapUnlink.
- TapUnlinkagain to confirm.
