Connect your Galaxy Z Fold6 to a visible or hidden Wi-Fi network or remove a saved one. This can help with troubleshooting or make it easier to connect to networks you use.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Security & privacy
    Screen lock and biometrics
    Face recognition
    .
  3. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Tap
    Face Unlock
    .
  5. Do one of the following:
    • For first time setup:
      1. Review the info then tap
        I agree
        .
      2. Review the info then tap
        Start
        .
      3. From the Help made Face Unlock better screen, read the disclaimer then tap
        I agree
        Confirm
         to participate or tap
        Skip
         to decline.
      4. While holding the phone 8-20 inches away, position your face within the circle displayed onscreen.
      5. From the Looks good screen, tap
        Done
        .
    • To remove face data:
      1. From the Face Unlock menu, tap
        Delete face model
        .
      2. To confirm, review the disclaimer then tap
        Delete
        .
