Restore Settings to Factory Defaults

Resetting your Orbic® SPEED X 5G to default settings can clear misconfigurations and software quirks while keeping your important data, files and apps intact.

Reset via Admin Website

  2. From the Settings section, click the
    Arrow icon

  3. Click the
    Backup and Restore tab
    .
  4. Click the
    Restore Factory Defaults tab
    .
  5. Review the Reset Your Device info then click
    Reset
    .

Reset via Device

  1. Remove the battery cover.
    Place a fingernail in the notch then lift the back cover.
    Remove cover
  2. Place one end of an unfolded paper clip into the Reset hole and press until the Resetting screen displays.
