The Device ID (IMEI) is a unique identifier for your Orbic® SPEED X 5G. This info is essential when troubleshooting certain issues or activating a device on your account.

Steps

  1. Do either of the following to view the Device ID:
    • To view via the device:
      1. From the Home screen, tap
        Menu
        .
        If necessary, press the
        Power button
         to turn on the display.
      2. Tap
        About
        .
      3. View the IMEI
    • To view via the Admin Web Interface:
      2. From the About section, click the
        Arrow icon
        .
      3. Click the
        Diagnostics tab
        .
      4. View the IMEI.
