Here's how to manage volume controls if your JOURNEY PRO / JOURNEY PRO LITE doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.

From the main screen on your Orbic® JOURNEY PRO / JOURNEY PRO LITE, press the

center button

to select the
