Block / Unblock Numbers

Blocking certain numbers on your Orbic® Trophy 5G stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Before you begin

Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the block list are automatically ignored. The call is forwarded to voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Blocked numbers
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To add a block:
      1. Tap
        Add a number
        .
      2. Enter the phone number then tap
        Block
        .
      3. To block calls from unidentified callers, tap
        Unknown
         to turn on.
    • To remove a block:
      1. Tap the
        Remove icon
         to the right of the number you want to unblock.
      2. Tap
        Unblock
        .
      3. To remove blocks for unidentified callers, tap
        Unknown
         to turn off.
