If your Orbic® Trophy 5G is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.

Before you begin

To free up device memory, apps can be uninstalled and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Storage
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To view device storage:
      1. From Storage, view the used space
      2. Tap
        Apps
         to view the storage for a particular app.
    • To view SD / memory card storage
      Only available if an SD / memory card is inserted.
      1. Tap the
        Dropdown arrow icon
         then tap the SD / memory card name.
      2. View the used space.
