Clearing cached data and temporary files on your on your Orbic® Trophy 5G improves performance and storage. If an app is slow or unresponsive, clearing its cache can help.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    Dropdown arrow icon
     then select
    All apps
    .
    The dropdown menu only displays if apps have been disabled.
  4. Tap the applicable app.
  5. Tap
    Storage & cache
    .
  6. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
