Switching to a new device, traveling or troubleshooting a connectivity issue? Learn how to quickly and easily insert or remove the SIM card for your Orbic® Trophy 5G.

Before you begin

Ensure your smartphone is powered off. Don't try to insert the SIM card with the device powered on, as doing so may damage the SIM card and/or the device.

Steps

  1. From the left edge of the device (display facing up), insert the SIM removal tool into the hole to remove the card tray.

  2. Do one of the following then re-insert the card tray by pressing it in:
    • To insert the SIM card: Ensure the gold contacts are facing down, then press in on the card to lock it into place.
    • To remove the SIM card: Once the tray is removed, lift the SIM card from the tray.
