Your Orbic® Trophy 5G lets you combine or separate multiple contacts that were saved with different details or appear as duplicates.

Before you begin

The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™, Facebook®, etc.). To correct contact info joined in error, you can edit, delete or undo changes to contacts.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Contacts app
    .
  2. Tap a contact.
  3. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To link a contact:
      1. Tap
        Link
        .
        If a link already exists, tap
        View linked contacts
         then tap
        Add
        .
      2. Tap the contact to link.
    • To unlink a contact:
      1. Tap
        View linked contacts
        .
      2. Tap
        Unlink
        .
      3. To confirm tap
        Unlink
         again.
