Restoring your Orbic® Trophy 5G to its default settings can help fix problems like crashing and freezing while keeping your data, files and apps intact.

Before you begin

Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g. ringtones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), aren't affected; however, the device automatically restarts to apply any changes.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Reset options
    Reset Settings
    .
  3. Review the info then tap
    Reset Settings
    .
  4. To confirm, tap
    Reset Settings
     then wait for the device to restart automatically to apply the new settings.
