Before you begin

Personal data such as browser bookmarks and other customized app settings can be backed up to Google's servers.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Apps

See all apps

Do one of the following:

To reset an app:

Locate then select the applicable app.

Tap

Force Stop

then tap

Tap

Storage & cache

Tap

Clear storage

Tap

Delete

To reset all app preferences:

Tap the

3-dot Menu icon

Tap
