Reset Network Settings

Resetting network settings on your Orbic® Trophy 5G can help fix problems with connecting to a Wi-Fi network or mobile data, or pairing a Bluetooth® device.

Before you begin

Bluetooth and cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords) are cleared or restored to default values by completing the steps below.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Reset options
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To clear mobile network settings and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Mobile Network Settings
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset settings
        .
      3. If prompted, tap
        Reset
         to confirm.
    • To clear Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords) and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
        .
        This also clears Bluetooth connections.
      2. Tap
        Reset
        .
