Stop Running Apps

When an app on your Orbic® Trophy 5G misbehaves, try stopping it. This can fix temporary software issues by closing the app rather than sending it to the background.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the applicable app.
  4. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  5. Review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
