Turn Video Calling On / Off

Use Video Calling to connect with friends, family or colleagues using your Orbic® Trophy 5G. If you can't make or receive video calls, make sure the setting is on.

Before you begin

If using a physical SIM card, use the 5G SIM card included with the device to ensure Video Calling works properly.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Calling accounts
    .
  4. Tap the SIM or Carrier name (e.g., Verizon).
  5. Tap the
    Turn on video calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  6. If prompted, review the message then tap
    OK
    .
