Link / Unlink ContactsYour Galaxy Z Fold6 lets you combine or separate multiple contacts that were saved with different details or appear as duplicates.
Before you begin
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™, Facebook®, etc.). To correct contact info joined in error, you can edit, delete or undo changes to contacts.
Steps
- Open theContacts app.
- Do any of the following:
- To link a contact:
- Tap the3-line Menu icon.
- TapManage contacts.
- TapMerge contacts.
- Select the contact(s) to link.
- TapMerge.
- To unlink a contact:
- Select a contact.
- TapStorage locations.
- TapUnlinklocated to the right of the contact(s).
