If your Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G Kids Edition has multiple profiles set up to accommodate more than one user, you'll need to sign in to your own user account to see your settings and apps.

Steps

  1. Swipe down on the
    Status Bar
     twice.
  2. Tap the
    Manage Users icon
    .
    The Manage Users icon varies by profile image.
  3. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Users
    .
  4. Tap the applicable account name.
    The device signs out of the current user account and in to the selected account.
