Record and Play Sound File

Recording and playing sound files on your Pixel 9 Pro Fold is a practical way to save important info, from meeting notes to personal reminders.

Steps

Open the

Recorder app

If prompted, review the info then tap

Get started

Tap the

Record icon

Tap the

Pause icon

to pause the recording or the

Stop icon

to end it.

To continue the recording after it's paused, tap

Resume

To change the name of the file, tap the applicable recording, tap the

3-dot Menu

then tap the

Edit icon

next to the title. Enter the new title then tap

Save

to confirm.

To listen to a recording, tap the desired file then tap

Play

To delete the recording, touch and hold the desired file, tap the

3-dot Menu

then tap

Delete
