Before you begin

To free up device memory, apps can be uninstalled and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    Device care
    Storage
    .
  3. View the available space from the following sections (e.g., Audio files, Images, Videos, ect.).
    If an SD / memory card is inserted, swipe left or right to switch between Internal storage and SD card views.
