Adjust motion and gesture settings to improve how you use your Galaxy Tab S10+. Customize for gestures, quicker shortcuts and increased overall efficiency.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Advanced features
    Motions and gestures
    .
  3. Tap any of the following switch(es) to turn on or off:
    • Double tap to turn on screen
      : When on, you can turn on the screen by tapping it twice.
    • Double tap to turn off screen
      : When on, you can turn off the screen by tapping an empty space on the Home or Lock screen twice.
    • Keep screen on while viewing
      : When on, the tablet uses the front camera to detect you're looking at it and keeps the screen on.
    • Cover screen to mute
      : When on, place your hand over the screen to mute alarms.
    • Palm swipe to capture
      : When on, the screen is captured by swiping the edge of your hand across more than half the screen.
