Emergency alerts keep you updated on situations like severe weather, public safety threats, AMBER alerts, etc. Set your Galaxy S24 FE to receive only the alerts you want.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Notifications
    Advanced settings
    Wireless emergency alerts
    .
  3. Tap
    Allow alerts
     to turn on or off.
    Select any of the following to turn on or off.
    National alerts can't be disabled.
    • Extreme threats
    • Severe threats
    • AMBER alerts
    • Public safety messages
    • State and local tests
  4. From the 'Alert preferences' section, tap any of the following switches to turn on or off:
    • Vibration
    • Alert reminder
    • Spanish
    • Speak alert message
