      3. Tap
        Force stop
        then tap
        OK
        .
      4. Tap
        Storage
        .
      5. Tap
        Clear data
        .
        This option may not be available for some apps.
        Resetting an app or clearing data storage may delete saved info within the app (e.g., calendar events may be lost).
      6. Tap
        OK
        .
    • Reset All App Preferences

        3-dot Menu icon
