Manage Do Not Disturb SettingsDo Not Disturb (DND) silences calls and alerts, letting only urgent ones through. If your Galaxy A16 5G isn't receiving calls or messages, check settings or disable DND.
Turn Do Not Disturb On / Off
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- Do either of the following:
- To activate / deactivate immediately, tap theDo not disturb switch.
- To turn a schedule on or off, tap the switch to the right of the preferred schedule(s).
Allow Exceptions
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- TapCalls and messages.
- TapCallsorMessages.
- Select the preferred option (e.g., All, Contacts only, etc.).
- For Calls, tap theRepeat callers switchto turn on.
- Tap theBack arrowto return to the Do not disturb menu.
- TapAlarms and Sounds.
- Tap the preferred items to turn sounds and vibrations (e.g., Alarms, Media sound, Touch sound, etc.) on or off.
