Here's how to extend battery life, view charging status / remaining battery and determine what uses the most power on your Galaxy A16 5G.

View Battery Life

Open the

Settings app

Tap

Battery

View the current battery status (e.g. battery percentage, remaining battery life, etc.).

Battery life is measured by standby time, talk time and data usage.

Tap the graph to view the detailed battery usage.

To improve battery life, you can:

Disable or uninstall apps (e.g., live wallpapers, etc.) that are consuming too much battery or RAM or aren't being used.

Contact the app developer if an app appears to cause excessive battery drain.

Adjust brightness to the lowest setting.

Turn off GPS when not in use.

Remove widgets that automatically update.
