Set Ringtones / Notification Sounds

Customizing ringtone and notification sounds on your moto g - 2025 lets you personalize your phone and easily recognize alerts.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Sound & vibration
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To set a ringtone:
      1. Tap
        Phone ringtone - SIM card
         or
        Phone ringtone - eSIM
        .
      2. Select the ringtone then tap
        OK
        .
    • To set a notification sound:
      1. Tap
        Default notification sound
        .
      2. Select the preferred notification sound then tap
        OK
        .
  4. Tap
    Vibration & haptics
     then tap
    Use vibration & haptics
     to turn on or off.
  5. Tap the applicable switches (e.g., Ring vibration, Vibrate first then ring gradually, etc.) to turn on or off.
