View Battery Life
- Open theSettings app.
- TapBattery.
- Review the current battery status (e.g., battery percentage, charging status and estimated time to fully charge, etc.).
- Tap theBattery usage graphthen do any of the following:
- To view usage since the last full charge, swipe left or right to view the Usage since the last full charge graph.
- To view usage for the last 7 days, swipe left or right to view the Last 7 days graph.
- If desired, tap the graph to view individual app usage to see how much battery usage occurred for each app listed.
Extend Battery Life
- To improve battery life, you can:
- Stop running apps that aren't being used.
- Disable apps that are consuming too much battery or RAM and not being used.
- Contact the app developer if an app appears to cause excessive battery drain.
- Adjust brightness settings to the lowest setting.
- Turn off GPS when not in use.
- Turn off Wi-Fi when not in use.
- Change account sync settings to the lowest frequency.
- Remove widgets that automatically update.
