Before you begin
If using a physical SIM card, make sure there's a 5G SIM card is inserted into the device before powering on.
If the eSIM profile fails to download, refer to Download and Activate an eSIM after device setup is completed.
Steps
- Press and hold thePower buttonuntil the device begins to power on. Select your language then tapStart.
- Review the Terms and Privacy screen, then tapAgree.
- Confirm the correct phone number displays then tapNext.
- To set up your phone using an old phone, selectGalaxy or Android deviceoriPhone or iPad. Otherwise, tapSet up manually.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Complete the activation steps as prompted then tapNext.
- To copy apps and data, tapNextto transfer your content or tapDon't copy.
- Sign in to your Google™ account or create a new one.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to review and accept the Google Services option (e.g., Gemini, Location, etc.).
- To allow Verizon Services to collect Location and App info, tapAccept.
- TapAgreeorAcceptto add additional storage with Verizon Cloud or secure your device with Verizon Protect.
- Sign in to your Samsung account to access Samsung specific-features.
- TapHometo complete setup.
