Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

By adjusting screen settings (e.g., Screen saver, Screen timeout, Screen zoom, etc.) on your Galaxy Z Fold7, you can reduce eye strain, improve visibility, and extend battery life.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Display
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To adjust brightness:
      1. Drag the
        Brightness slider
         left or right.
      2. Tap
        Adaptive brightness
         to turn on or off.
    • To adjust display / font settings:
      1. Tap
        Font size and style
        .
      2. Drag the
        Font size slider
         left or right to adjust the font size.
      3. Tap
        Font style
         then select an option (e.g. Default, SamsungOne, etc.).
      4. Tap the
        Bold font switch
         to turn on or off.
      5. Tap the
        Back arrow
         to return to the Display settings screen.
    • To adjust screen zoom:
      1. Tap
        Screen layout and zoom
        .
      2. Select a layout (e.g., Multiview or Standard).
      3. Drag the
        Screen zoom slider
         to the preferred option.
      4. Tap the
        Back arrow
        .
    • To adjust screen timeout:
      1. Tap
        Screen timeout
         then select an option (e.g., 15 seconds, 30 seconds, etc.).
      2. Tap the
        Back arrow
         to save.
