Add / Remove a Wi-Fi ConnectionConnect your TCL K33 5G to a visible or hidden Wi-Fi network or remove a saved one. This can help with troubleshooting or make it easier to connect to networks you use.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- TapWi-Fi.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on.
- Do one of the following:
- Connect to an available Wi-Fi network:
- Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the applicable password then tapConnect.
- Manually connect to a Wi-Fi network:
- TapAdd network.
- From the Network name field, enter the applicable name.
- From the Security field, tap theDropdown Arrow icon.
- Tap the applicable security option (i.e., None, Enhanced, WEP, etc.)
- From the Password field, enter the applicable password.
- TapView morethen ensure additional settings (e.g., EAP method, CA certificate, etc.) are configured correctly.
- TapSave.
- Remove a Wi-Fi connection:
- Tap the3-dot Menu iconthen tapManage networks.
- Tap the Wi-Fi network you wish to remove.
- TapForget.
