Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Do Not Disturb (DND) silences calls and alerts, letting only urgent ones through. If your TCL K33 5G isn't receiving calls or messages, check settings or disable DND.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sound & vibration
    Do Not Disturb
    .
  3. Tap the
    Turn on now switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. Tap either of the following then select the appropriate options to edit the settings for what can interrupt the Do Not Disturb setting when it's turned on:
    • Calls
    • Messages
  5. Tap any of the available switches (e.g., Repeat callers, Alarms, etc.) to turn on or off.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • To turn a schedule on or off, tap the
      schedule name
      .
    • To create a new schedule, tap
      Add more schedules
      .
