Turn Video Calling On / Off

Use Video Calling to connect with friends, family, or colleagues using your TCL K33 5G. If you can't make or receive video calls, make sure the setting is on.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Calling accounts
    .
  4. From the Settings section, tap the applicable SIM account (e.g., Verizon 1, Verizon 2, etc.).
  5. Tap the
    Video calling switch
     to turn on or off.
