Switching to a new device, traveling or troubleshooting a connectivity issue? Learn how to quickly and easily insert or remove the SIM card for your Galaxy S25 FE.

Before you begin

Don't try to insert the SIM card while the device is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and / or the device.
Ensure the device is powered off.

Steps

  1. From the bottom left of the device, remove the SIM card tray by inserting the insertion / removal tool or a paperclip into the provided slot.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • Insert SIM card: Ensure the gold contacts are facing up (toward you), then gently press on the card to lock it into place.
      When seated correctly, the notches align on the top right of the SIM tray.

    • Remove SIM card: Once the tray is removed, lift the SIM card from the tray.
