Viewing the Satellite SOS demo introduces you to how this service works on your Apple® iPhone® and can help prepare you on how to request assistance in case of an emergency.

Access Satellite Connection Demo

  1. Swipe down from the top-right corner of the iPhone to access the Control Center.
  2. Tap the
    Cellular button
     on the right side of the Control Center screen.
  3. Tap
    Satellite
     then tap
    Try Demo
    :
    1. To demo how to connect to a satellite, tap
      Try Connecting to Satellite
      .
    2. To see how Emergency SOS works over satellite, tap
      Try Emergency SOS
      .
    3. Tap any other satellite feature to learn more about it.
  4. Follow the instructions provided to practice or demo the connections.
