Checking your signal level can help you understand and troubleshoot data connection speeds and whether network issues are affecting your LINKZONE GO 5G.

Steps

  1. From the upper left of the device display, view the signal bars.
    The device is a 5G-capable device. If you don't see a 5G indicator, check the Coverage Map to confirm you're located in a 5G area.
    You can also view the Network Signal Strength Indicator via the Admin Web Interface by locating the signal bars in the upper right of the Status Bar.
