Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    System
    Reset options
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To clear mobile network settings and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Mobile Network Settings

      2. Tap
        Reset settings
        .
      3. If prompted, tap
        Reset settings
         to confirm.
    • To clear Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth settings (including saved networks and passwords) and restore to default values:
      1. Tap
        Reset Bluetooth & Wi-Fi

      2. Tap
        Reset
