Transfer a Call (Consultative / Direct)

Follow these instructions to transfer calls from your One Talk W60 IP DECT cordless phone. You can transfer immediately upon receiving ringback (Direct / Blind) or after consulting with the other party first (Consultative).

Steps

  1. While on an active call, press
    Options
     then select
    Transfer
    .
    The call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the phone number to direct the transfer, or select it from the directory.
  3. Press
    Transfer
    .
  4. Select
    Direct
     or
    Consult
    .
  5. If performing a consultative transfer, ensure the second party can accept the call then press
    Transfer
     to connect.
