If your DuraXV Extreme drops calls due to being near a network border, locking onto a specific network can help; however, roaming charges may apply.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Use the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings & tools
    Settings
    Wireless & networks
    .
  3. Select
    Cellular networks
    .
  4. Select
    Network operators
    .
  5. Highlight then select the preferred option.
