Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk W92LTE 4G DECT base station to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Before you begin

After the reset is completed, all settings revert to the factory defaults except handset registrations. Before performing the reset, check with your system admin to verify whether a backup of the settings exists.

Reset Base Station

  1. From the idle screen on the handset, navigate:
    OK
    Settings
    System Settings
    Base Reset
    .
  2. Enter the system PIN then press
    Done
    .
    Default PIN: 0000
  3. Tap
    Reset to factory
     then press
    OK
     to confirm.
  4. Wait for the base station to finish the reset process.
    The LED status indicators flash in sequence during the reset. Once the device has restarted, the LEDs glow green.

Reset Handset

  1. From the idle screen on the handset, navigate:
    OK
    Settings
    System Settings
    Handset Reset
    .
  2. When prompted, press
    OK
     to confirm.
