Transfer a Call (Consultative / Direct)

Follow these instructions to transfer calls from your One Talk W92LTE 4G DECT base station. You can transfer immediately upon receiving ringback (Direct / Blind) or after consulting with the other party first (Consultative).

Steps

  1. While on an active call, navigate:
    Options
    (Call) Transfer
     or press the
    TRAN key
    .
    The call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the phone number to direct the transfer or select
    Directory
    Directory/History
     to choose a contact.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To perform a direct (blind) transfer, press the
      TRAN key
       or select
      Direct
       to connect.
    • To perform a consultative transfer:
      1. Ensure the second party can accept the call.
      2. Press the
        TRAN key
         or select
        Transfer
         to connect.
