Verizon Voice Gateway
Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

By adjusting screen settings (e.g., Sleep mode, Brightness, etc.) on your Verizon Voice Gateway, you can reduce eye strain, improve visibility and extend battery life.

Before you begin

In battery mode, the display screen goes blank after 10 seconds of inactivity to conserve power. Press any button to wake the screen.
When Sleep mode is active, the device returns to the Home screen after 30 seconds of inactivity and turns off the display screen after an additional 30 seconds.

Steps

  1. From the Home screen, press the
    Center button
     to open the menu.
    Use the Up and Down buttons to navigate and the Center button to select.
  2. Select
    Settings
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To set display brightness to the maximum level, select
      Brightness
       then select
      Max brightness
       to turn on or off.
    • To configure power-saving mode, select
      Sleep mode
       then press the
      Center button
       to turn on or off.
