Install / Remove External Antennas

External antennas can help if you need to boost the signal on your Verizon Voice Gateway; follow these steps to install and/or remove them based on your needs.

Steps

  1. Do one of the following:
    • To install the antennas, remove the caps covering the antenna ports then screw the antennas securely into the ports.
    • To remove the antennas, unscrew the antennas from the ports then replace the caps over the antenna ports.
